2011 End Of Season Tournament
Saturday, June 11th and Sunday, June 12th
Welcome! We are so glad you will be joining us! Here is some important information.
Proceeds benefit the Boyertown Optimist – Friend Of Youth.
We are very happy to announce that the tournament will now be held at the Boyertown Area Senior High School.
One convenient location, expanded parking and excellent fields.
There is plenty of space for teams to pick a spot for gathering. If you wish to put up a canopy, that is fine, but no larger than 10’ x 10’. Be very cautious of areas at the end lines of our fields because of shot balls. We are spectators at our own risk!
* Bathroom facilities are available on the grounds.
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES – NO GRILLS
NO CAMPFIRES – NO PETS
Tournament Format:
Friendly Competition. No Standings.
Be Prompt & Be Ready. The schedule will be adhered to.
We will use a central clock. Clock will never stop. No Time-Outs, except for injuries.
SEPYLA rules (below) will be followed, except for game durations & time-outs.
Guaranteed three games.
Tournament Cost:
$225.00 Team Fee + $12.00 per player. The registration form can be found on the BOLT website (below). Each player registered on a team will receive a tournament t-shirt, one round @ speed shoot, plus a chance to win prizes.
EMT Services/First Aid will be available both days; located at central clock tent.
Other Activities: Our sponsor Lacrosse International will be set up with lacrosse equipment and items for sale, plus we are hoping to have visits from local professional guests!

If severe weather conditions force us to completely cancel the tournament, each team will receive a refund of their fee, minus the cost for each t-shirt for each registered player. We reserve the right to make reasonable arrangements to accommodate the tournament if severe weather conditions do not allow use of our outdoor facility and we can move forward with an indoor format. We reserve the right to retain the deposit from a team if that team defaults on their registration commitment.
