2010 BOLT End of Season Tournament
The 2010 BOLT End of Season Tournament has been scheduled for the weekend of June 12 and 13 for U11, and U13, and U15 teams. If you would like information sent to you please email lacrosseboys@boyertownoptimist.org.

2/24/2010:
Lacrosse Clinic This Weekend
Coach Curry, the head coach for Boyertown High School, is holding a lacrosse clinic this coming Saturday, 2/27.
Doors open at 9:30. The coaching staff and HS players who will be assisting in the demonstration will be introduced at 9:45, and the clinic will start at 10 and run until 12.
All parents, coaches, and interested players are invited to attend. There is no charge and no RSVP is required.

Rental Equipment Makeup Date
This Sunday, 2/28 will be the make up date for rental equipment handout. Rental equipment is available for first time BOLT players.
Handout will happen from 1-2 downstairs at Boyertown Borough Hall. Please bring 2 checks - one for the rental fee, and the other for the security deposit.

Boyertown Optimist Lacrosse Teams (B.O.L.T.) was adopted as a new boys' youth sport in the fall of 2003; followed by the adoption of the girls' program in the fall of 2004. Boy's youth lacrosse has been in this area since 1996 thanks to the efforts from P.L.A.Y. ( Pottstown area Lacrosse Association for Youth). Currently the players are grouped by their age as of January 1st. There are U9 (Under 9 years old), U11, U13, and U15 levels. B.O.L.T. is a member of PVYLL (Penn Valley Youth Lacrosse League), which consists of teams from Berks, Chester , Lehigh, and Montgomery counties. The season runs approximately from March 1st to June 15th with games generally being played on weekends. Currently our home fields are at the Douglass ( Montgomery ) Township Park , thanks to the cooperation of the Boyertown Soccer Club.
Mission: To give the youth of the area an opportunity to actively participate and learn in an organized sport as exciting as lacrosse.
